Romanticize the To-Do List
I use a pink notepad and write only 3 cute lil tasks in bubble handwriting. Anything more makes me overwhelmed and dissociate into ✨dust✨. (But sometimes I push myself to do more!)

Timer = Ritual
I light a candle, press play on a vibe playlist, then use a 25-minute timer (hello, Pomodoro queen) to get things done before I "earn" 5 minutes to scroll Pinterest or drink something cute.

The 3-Minute Rule
If I don't wanna do something, I just say "do it for 3 minutes." That's it. No pressure. My brain usually gets into it without the dread of starting.
